Office Upgrade
Member Notice:
Please be advised that we will close at 2pm on Tuesday the 14/04/2026 to facilitate renovation works on our ground floor.
Opening Hours 14/04/2026:
09:30 - 14:00
Our phone lines will remain open until 5pm on the 14/04/2026.
We will reopen as normal at 10:30 on Wednesday where our office layout will have changed. While the works will not be fully completed, our new look banking hall will be in use from this date.
We thank all our members for their understanding and we look forward to you visiting our renovated building. It is our commitment to provide the best in class service and facilities to our members.

Renovation Update: 27/03/2026
We continue to make great progress on our building works but we require an additional 2 weeks to complete the ground floor renovations. This will mean we will continue to operate with reduced services and only have 2 teller stations available for this period.
We thank all our members for their understanding and we look forward to you visiting our renovated building. It is our commitment to provide the best in class service and facilities to our members.

In our ongoing commitment to providing a welcoming and efficient environment for both our members and staff, we plan to complete a comprehensive renovation of our office premises. These improvements are designed to modernise our facilities, enhance accessibility, improve privacy and create a more comfortable space for everyone who visits or works with us. The renovations will include updated meeting and consultation areas, improved member service areas, and a refreshed atmosphere throughout the office.
The objective of the proposed renovation is:
• To modernise the Credit Union’s premises, improving both functionality and aesthetics• To enhance accessibility and privacy for all members
• To improve energy efficiency and reduce the environmental footprint of our operations in line with ESG guidance
• To create flexible spaces that can adapt to changing / growing organisational and business needs. As our team grows and expands, we need to create additional workspaces
• To ensure ongoing compliance with all health, safety, and building compliance requirements
• To preserve and respect the historical character of the existing building
This significant investment in refurbishing our offices demonstrates our intent and unwavering commitment to serving and supporting our local community for generations to come, proudly building on the vision of our founding members and reaffirming our dedication to a vibrant future together.
